If you wish to make a return, please submit a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged product, kindly provide us with an unboxing video showing the damage. This evidence is crucial for us to assess and assist you appropriately.
If any items are missing from your order, please share an unboxing video displaying the received items within 48 hours of delivery. Once confirmed, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s).
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, shipping charges for both return and replacement will be your responsibility. Please contact our support team for further instructions.
Order Cancellation: Orders for customized or printed products cannot be canceled once placed due to production costs and non-resale nature.
Undeliverable Shipments: If the courier cannot deliver, we will arrange an alternative courier. However, products will not be taken back under any circumstances.
If delivery is delayed beyond standard time (e.g., 1-2 months due to courier delays), we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve it.
We recommend tracking your order regularly and contacting us if no update is shown within 15 days of dispatch.
We cannot assume responsibility for unreported damages or claims made beyond the above timelines.
Refunds will be processed for eligible returns:
Damaged or Defective Products: Confirmed through provided unboxing video.
Missing Items: Refund for missing items if we cannot provide them.
To qualify for refund or exchange:
Products must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Must include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, except where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item sent). We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking.
If you reject or deny accepting the parcel after dispatch:
Shipping Charges: 2x original shipping charge will be deducted (forward + reverse)
Packing Charges: 10% of product value will be deducted
These deductions will apply before issuing refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
Refund will be processed only if:
Product was not damaged while in your possession
Product is the same as shipped
Product is returned in original condition with unboxing video
If you feel the product received is not as shown or as per your expectations, notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving it. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
